Founder & Director
Renee Foster
Renee is the visionary behind The WONDER School. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and a minor in Educational Psychology, she brings over a decade of experience working in classrooms across the province. As both Founder and Director, Renee leads with heart, curiosity, and a deep respect for the wonder of childhood. Her passion for play-based, inquiry-driven learning is at the core of everything we do. Whether she's designing inspiring environments, mentoring educators, or working directly with children, Renee is dedicated to creating a nurturing, joyful space where young learners come to wonder & grow.
Co- Founder & Educational Consultant
Mitch Foster
Mitch is an experienced educator with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and more than 10 years of classroom experience. Mitch works primarily behind the scenes shaping the vision and programming at WONDER. He supports curriculum planning, mentorship, and organizational growth—bringing fresh ideas, a calming presence, and a shared passion for building meaningful early learning experiences. He’s proud to be part of bringing this long-time dream to life alongside Renee.
